The price depends on the following factors: the number of images in the project, the complexity of the project, the number of stages of edits, camera positions, etc. We are quite flexible in pricing, so we can reduce the cost to fit within your budget. In this option we reduce the number of images, or the number of edits. In our portfolio, you can see the result of the work you are paying for.

What are the deadlines?

Information availability

We always indicate our optimal work schedule based on the scale of the project. But in the case of emergencies we are always ready to help the customer and do everything possible, and sometimes impossible, to meet the deadlines. More accurately we can tell you the terms after the provision of information about the project, the number of architectural renderings. The most significant factor affecting timeframes is information availability. For fast & easy workflow, ensure you have all information available before the 3D Render production process starts.

We think that the most effective way to communicate is via email or messenger (such as Whatsapp) as all information will be saved in the emails and messages and can be reviewed at any time, as well as less information is perceived by ear and there can be misunderstandings as well.

What is needed to start the work

Fill out a brief from

You will need to fill out a brief, from which we will learn more about the task and purpose of the project. Also we will ask you to send us 3d / 2d models or PDF plans. Examples of finishing materials, moodboard / references on the design and lighting, the arrangement of cameras. Once we have a complete idea of the project we can proceed with the architectural visualization.

How does the work process goes?

Each of the stages

The work process is built in such a way that each of the stages in the process of providing services of architectural visualization has its own characteristics, which should be taken into account. If you make a mistake or miss any of the stages - the final product will be very different from what you imagined.
Preview in gray materials - at this stage, the client gives us his adjustments regarding the position of the camera, the geometry of the room and arrangement of furniture, lighting and mood of the frame.
Preview of color - you are sent an image with the desired mood and lighting, if you are happy with it we make a final rendering in the resolution you specify in the brief.
If you want to improve the image, you can request additional adjustments, which may include changing materials, colors, lighting, small rearrangements of objects and minor design changes.
The amount of edits is up to 20%. Each additional iteration of edits is charged extra.
Final rendering - after all the necessary changes have been made the final rendering will be done.
